Kidney Diseases: Salty and fatty foods, alcohol.
Sleep Disorders: Internal organs, hot spicy foods, greasy foods, fatty foods, coffee, tea, alcohol, over-eating.
Stroke: High cholesterol foods, fatty foods.
Sensitive Skin: Milk, eggs, bamboo shoots, peanuts, mangos, fishes, seafoods, hot spicy foods, greasy foods, cigarette smoking, alcohol.
Rheumatoid Diseases: Soybean products, hot spicy foods, greasy foods, internal organs, salty and fatty foods, eggs, banana, papaya, alcohol.
Bone Fractures, Orthopedic Conditions: Banana.
