Signed certificate of analysis are issued to the buyers (distributors).  Practitioners can request the Certificate of Analysis from the local distributor.  Original copies of the certificates issued to the distributor are kept by the distributors.  Our factory’s quality assurance dept also keep a copy with the batch manufacturing record.
